I just want to thank you for providing yet again a fabulous party. Dawn, Robin and Addison were wonderfully attentive to our guests and made everyone feel welcome. In addition to serving the food and drinks, they welcomed each guest at the door took their coats and and did such a fantastic job of cleaning up. This was probably our 4th event using Caliente and as I told our friends, we won’t use any other catering service for our parties. The comments ranged from “wow, this food is terrific” to “this lamb is amazing”, “they really know what they’re doing”.

I just wanted to tell how Sunday’s luncheon went.
Everyone was super pleased with the food and the caterers. The buffet set-up looked so nice.
As you know, I requested an extra person so he could help with the guest. Your caterers were excellent.
In the beginning I explained what I needed them to do, and they made sure they fulfilled their duties.
A lot of my guest were saying how great they were. The minute they saw me trying to do something, they were right there to take over.
Because your food and your caterers were fantastic, you and your company helped make my party a huge success.
This is my first time using Caliente, but it will not be the last.
Also the shrimp appetizer was a huge hit.

“Dear Heather,
On behalf of Jillian and Chris, Linda and I, and everyone who shared in their special day, I want to say THANK YOU again for the fantastic food and service that you and the Caliente servers provided.
We had our first meeting months before the wedding date, and it was clear you had obviously done this many times before – the images you showed us from previous dates and your suggestions and support early on were huge in setting the vision and adding confidence to the plan;
from menu & servers, to providing feedback on other things outside of the food menu, with your sincere passion for your work and desire to contribute to a successful wedding event. And during the months prior to the wedding, you were open to our calls and tweaks in the menu, as the guest list moved and finalized.
And come wedding day, your servers were there early as promised; not just to set-up the food tables & the food table decorations (which were right on target with Jillian’s vision), but to also assist with icing water and several other tasks that were needed in the final set-up before the invited guests arrived. And they were all so personable and friendly – what an impression! Once the event started, your staff was amazing,
Taking care of needs we foresaw and several we didn’t – from pouring for the toast and assisting the bartender, to picking up dishes, glasses and trash, they made all our family and friends feel like they were at a first-class hotel (in Uncle Bob’s backyard)! They even washed all the rental dishes – saving a dreaded chore for tired parents and delivering service well above and beyond the call of duty and what we expected. So I offer this letter of reference to anyone who wants to have excellent food and service at their event, and at a great value may I add. Everyone I talked to at our daughter’s wedding offered praise on the food and the service, and several asked for the name of our caterer; we will continue to tell our friends and coworkers about you and Caliente!
